An expert in the field of corporate services, ranging from property risk, personal risk, or solutions regarding financial liquidity (loans, leasing, factoring, etc.), as well as far-reaching tax optimisation in capital companies, partnerships, limited partnerships, or sole proprietorships.

In the field of economic law, she provides services to entrepreneurs, including the preparation and analysis of contracts and commercial companies law. In addition, she conducts cases in the field of intellectual property law, protection of personal rights, and medical malpractice cases.
She is a judge at the Disciplinary Court at the District Bar Association in Kraków. Co-author of the books Methodology of Drafting Economic Contracts (Wolters Kluwers Publishing House, 2015) and Methodology of Preparing Pleadings in Civil, Criminal, Economic and Administrative Cases (Wolters Kluwers Publishing House, 2015), bestsellers in the legal methodology category.
A graduate of law studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków, as well as postgraduate studies in copyright, publishing and press law at the Institute of Intellectual Property Law of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków, postgraduate studies in medical law and bioethics conducted by the Jagiellonian University, and postgraduate studies in the field of economic and commercial law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Silesia.
